XX, I.... = WTF?!

Where the hell did this meme originate from? What does it mean?! I love that I don't understand it fully..I love how surreal it seems to me at this time. It cracks me up and I can't say why.

This is obviously Will Smith as the fresh prince! haha.
Seriously, I have seen so many different variations of this meme..And nearly all of have had me in stitches.

But, where the fook did it come from? and what is the real meaning behind it?
If anyone can fill in those blanks for me, I's be grateful!
